Refund policy
"We have a 10-Day return policy, which means you have 10 business days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we won't accept items sent back to us without prior return authorization.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and immediately contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We'll assess the issue and resolve it accordingly.
In some cases, you may need to communicate directly with the product's manufacturer, such as for warranty-related matters. Each product has different policies, so keep that in mind when dealing with corresponding issues. If you're unable to reach an agreement with the manufacturer, we'll advocate on your behalf. NOTE: You must contact us within 10 business days for any issues; otherwise, we'll assume the order was successful.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14-day cooling off period: If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without needing a justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds: Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
